My Town33 Terms & Conditions

📄 1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by my town33 ("Platform", "We", "Us"). By accessing or using the my town33 platform, you ("Member", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

My town33 provides an online entertainment platform covering Sports Betting (football, badminton, tennis, and more), Live Casino (baccarat, blackjack, roulette), slots, e-sports, and virtual sports – all intended as entertainment for eligible adults.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and my town33. We advise all members to keep a copy of this document for their records.

👤 2. Member Eligibility

To register and use the my town33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years – You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited, and any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately with the balance forfeited.
• Individual – Each person may only hold one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Legal Capacity – You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a my town33 employee – Staff, agents, partners, and their immediate family members (up to two generations) employed by my town33 are not eligible for membership.

📝 3. Account Registration

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. my town33 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information submitted by you.

3.1 Required Information

To register a my town33 account, you will need to provide:

• Full name as stated on your Malaysian identification document (MyKad/Passport)
• A valid and active Malaysian phone number
• An active email address (optional but recommended)
• A strong, unique password for your account

3.2 Account Verification

My town33 uses OTP verification via SMS for account security. A Know Your Customer (KYC) process may be required for withdrawals exceeding certain limits or when we detect activity that requires further verification.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any activity that occurs on your account is considered authorised by you, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to my town33 customer support.

My town33 accepts deposits via Malaysian local payment methods only. All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

• DuitNow – Instant transfer via QR or phone number, min RM20

• Boost – Local e-wallet, min RM20

4.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per transaction
• Daily deposit maximum: RM50,000 (standard limit), reducible upon member request
• Deposit transactions are processed instantly in most cases

4.3 Fund Verification

My town33 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used. Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and must not be proceeds of unlawful activity. We do not accept third-party deposits — all deposits must originate from an account registered in the same member's name.

💸 5. Withdrawals

My town33 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and transparently. The following withdrawal terms and procedures apply.

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per transaction
• Standard maximum withdrawal: RM30,000 per day
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (for first deposits)
• Identity verification (KYC) is required for withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 per month
• No pending bets may be deducted during an active withdrawal process

5.2 Processing Time

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay, Boost): 15–60 minutes
• DuitNow: 15–30 minutes
• FPX / Bank Transfer: 1–3 business hours
• Large withdrawals (exceeding RM10,000): up to 24 hours for security review

5.3 Withdrawal Rejection

My town33 reserves the right to suspend or decline a withdrawal if there is evidence of fraud, a breach of Terms, or a legal compliance requirement. In such cases, the member will be notified via their account.

🎁 6. Bonus & Promotions

My town33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer, as well as the following general conditions.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash – they must be used for wagering first
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be fulfilled before any withdrawal credited with bonus value can be processed
• My town33 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses if abuse is suspected

6.2 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

• Welcome bonus: wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount within 7 days
• Reload bonus: 5x bonus amount wagering requirement within 3 days
• Only bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 (football/sports) or on licensed casino games count towards the rollover
• Bets placed on both sides of the same match will not be counted

6.3 Bonus Abuse

My town33 employs advanced detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system — including the use of multiple accounts, hedging, or strategies clearly designed to exploit promotions — will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account potentially being closed.

⚽ 7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on my town33 are subject to the following general rules, as well as product-specific rules covering sports, casino, e-sports, and virtual sports.

7.1 Bet Validity

• A bet is considered valid once confirmed by the my town33 system and a bet slip has been issued
• My town33 reserves the right to void bets placed using incorrect odds resulting from a technical or human error
• Betting on events whose outcomes are already known (information arbitrage) is strictly prohibited and will be voided

7.2 Betting Limits

• Minimum bet: RM5 per ticket for most markets
• Maximum bet: varies by sport, league, and market type – limits may change during in-play matches
• My town33 reserves the right to set individual betting limits based on betting patterns

7.3 Result Disputes

Any dispute regarding a betting outcome must be reported within 72 hours of the official result being announced. The my town33 team will investigate each dispute based on data from official match or game sources. my town33's decision is final in all disputes.

⚙️ 8. Account Management

8.1 Account Information Updates

Members are responsible for keeping their account information up to date. Any changes to your phone number, email, or payment details must be made through the account settings section or by contacting my town33 customer support.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

My town33 supports members who need a break. You can set session time limits, daily deposit limits, or request a temporary account suspension (cooling-off period) ranging from 24 hours to 6 months via your account settings page. This is part of my town33's commitment to responsible gaming.

8.3 Account Closure

You may close your my town33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met the rollover requirement) will be refunded via the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

8.4 Inactive Accounts

Accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months will be subject to a maintenance fee of RM10 per month until the account balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. Members will be notified via SMS or email before any fee is charged.

🚫 9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the my town33 platform and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Money Laundering – Using the my town33 platform to launder money or conceal the source of illicit funds
• Identity fraud – Registering using another person's identity or providing false information
• Multiple accounts – Owning or controlling more than one active account
• Bonus abuse – Creating new accounts or employing strategies solely intended to exploit bonus offers
• Use of unauthorised software – Using bots, automation software, or external tools that unfairly influence gameplay
• Unlawful collusion – Colluding with other players to cheat in casino games or betting
• System attacks – Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage my town33's systems
• Betting on behalf of another person – Accepting funds from third parties to be wagered on the my town33 platform

⚖️ 10. Limitation of Liability

My town33 provides an entertainment betting platform and is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred through use of the platform, including funds lost as a result of wagering
• Service disruptions caused by technical faults, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account if you have not followed our recommended security guidelines
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the my town33 platform

My town33's liability to any member shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited over the 12 months preceding any claim. This condition does not limit any consumer rights protected under applicable Malaysian law.

📢 11. Amendment of Terms

My town33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes through:

• A notice posted on the my town33 homepage at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect
• SMS notification to the registered phone number for important amendments
• Email notification to members with a registered email address

Continued use of the my town33 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, please stop using the platform and contact customer support to close your account.

🏛️ 12. Laws & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as provided under the relevant law.

It is the member's responsibility to ensure that their use of the my town33 platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in their jurisdiction. my town33 makes no representation that the services provided are lawful in every jurisdiction.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between a member and my town33 must be reported to my town33's customer support team within 30 days of the disputed event. my town33 is committed to investigating and responding to all complaints within 5 business days.

12.2 Language

The Bahasa Melayu version of these Terms is the official binding version. In the event of any inconsistency between language versions, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail.
